Petition for
- 1. Residency. Petitioner resides at and has been domiciled in the State of Colorado for more than 91 days immediately preceding the filing of this Petition.
- 2. Marriage. The parties were married on June 14, 2008 in Boulder, Colorado, and the marriage is registered in the State of Colorado.
- 3. Separation. The parties ceased to cohabit as spouses on or about October 2, 2024.
- 4. Children. No minor children were born of or adopted during the marriage, and the Petitioner is not aware of any pregnancy.
- 5. Real property. The parties own real property located at 1840 N Williams St, Denver, CO 80205, to be divided equitably by the Court.
- 6. Grounds. The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that the Court:
- (a) enter a Decree of Dissolution of Marriage;
- (b) equitably divide the marital property and debts;
- (c) restore each party's separate property; and
- (d) grant such other relief as the Court deems just and proper.
