Where Astor is different
All The Leads is a list business with education attached; Astor is a verification business. Their subscription hands you probate filings for a county and offers property scrubbing as an extra step you pay for. Astor treats that step as the product: we won't surface a lead until we've tied the filing party to a specific person using an identifier on the record itself, and looked for title evidence that the person actually owns the property. That's why we sell far fewer counties: we only take a market whose court or clerk publishes a party address.
