REDX supplies prospecting lists (expired listings, FSBOs, pre-foreclosures, and geographic farms) paired with a power dialer and CRM. It also offers a probate list as one of several lead types.
How they charge: Per-lead-type monthly subscription, with the dialer priced separately per seat.

REDX and Astor mostly aren't competing: they're different stages. REDX is strongest where the homeowner has already signalled intent by listing, and its edge is calling volume. Astor works earlier, before intent is public, which is exactly why the identity work matters: with an expired listing you already know which property you're calling about, and with a fresh divorce filing you don't until someone proves it. Plenty of agents run both.
